Who we are
Metrono is provided by Radvix Solutions LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This policy covers our website, platform and the information you send us. You can reach us at support@metrono.ai or at the business mailing address on our contact page.
Information we handle
- Account and billing details: your name, email, company, account settings, subscription and payment status. Payment processing is handled through Stripe; payment card details are entered with Stripe.
- Your content: recordings, images, audio, transcripts, prompts, brand materials and the content created from them.
- Connected accounts: the account identifiers, authorization credentials, publishing information and performance data needed for integrations you connect.
- Messages and applications: information you send through support, contact, access-request or affiliate forms.
- Technical information: request and error logs, IP and browser information, session cookies, and usage records needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.
How we use it
We use this information to provide your account, process content, support publishing and reporting, handle billing, respond to you, review applications, prevent abuse and maintain the service. We use combined performance figures from connected creator accounts in our public results; those totals do not identify individual accounts.
Services that help us deliver metrono
Information is processed by providers that support hosting, databases, storage, payments, communications, AI processing and connected-channel publishing. These include Vercel, Supabase, Dropbox, Stripe, email providers, AI providers and the publishing services used by the features you choose. The data sent depends on the task: a transcription service, for example, needs audio to create a transcript.
Authorized team members and service providers may access information to operate and support the platform. Information may also be disclosed when needed to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and security, or complete a company transaction with appropriate protections.
Cookies and other sites
We use session cookies to keep you signed in and support account security. Your browser can remove or block cookies, although account features may then stop working. External links and connected services have their own privacy practices.
Storage and security
We use access controls and protected server credentials to limit access. Content can pass through cloud services and rendering infrastructure, including temporary processing copies. Providers may process data outside your country. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
Contact us to request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and authority over an account. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. You can also revoke integrations through the connected provider. Our data retention page explains the different records involved in a deletion request.
Children and updates
Metrono is intended for adults and business use. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us. We may update this policy as the service changes and will show the updated date on this page.
