Our agreement
These terms apply to the metrono website and services provided by Radvix Solutions LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use metrono for a business, you must have authority to act for it. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in access and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and connected services. Access may depend on invitation, subscription status and the features included in your plan.
Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You give us permission to store, process, transform and deliver that content as needed to provide the features you use, including generating outputs and publishing through connections you authorize. You must have the rights and permissions needed for recordings, likenesses, music, trademarks and other material you upload.
Review generated content for accuracy, rights and suitability before approving or publishing it. AI outputs may contain errors and may be similar to other outputs. We do not guarantee that every output qualifies for copyright protection or that using it will produce particular business results.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, harassment, deceptive impersonation or unauthorized access. Do not interfere with the service, expose another person’s private information without permission, or try to bypass access controls and usage limits.
Plans and payments
The price, billing period, included usage and any additional charges are shown in your checkout or a separate agreement. You authorize the charges you agree to there. Recurring plans renew under the terms presented when you subscribe unless cancelled. Available billing controls let you manage your subscription; standard subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period. Separately agreed plans may have different terms.
Contact support@metrono.ai for billing questions or refund requests. Any rights you have under applicable law remain in place. We do not introduce affiliate commissions or payment obligations through an application form; those require separate agreed terms.
Service availability and third parties
Metrono relies on third-party storage, AI, payment and social platforms. Features can be affected by their availability, policies, limits and changes. We work to keep the service reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs or a particular number of views, followers or sales. Keep copies of source material you need to preserve.
Our platform
We and our licensors retain rights in the platform, software, designs and branding. These terms let you use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the platform. Third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners.
Suspension, ending access and data
We may restrict access when needed to address abuse, a security issue, unpaid charges or a violation of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account closure. Cancelling a subscription and requesting data deletion are separate actions. See our privacy policy and data retention page.
Questions and changes
Contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. We may update these terms and show the revised date here; material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
